Discuss scope and pricingPriced per scope — talk to us.

Prices are per office, per month. Full revenue cycle services are quoted by scope. EHR integration is coming soon and is not included in any plan today.

Is the free web portal really free?

Yes. The free portal costs nothing and needs no credit card. It is usage-limited per office so the service stays fast for everyone, and every office is onboarded by our team with a signed BAA before it can hold patient information.

What does the $150 integrated portal add over the free portal?

Automation. The free portal is a single place to look benefits up; the integrated portal verifies them for you, scheduled against the appointment date, and returns coverage, accumulators, limitations and code-level benefit without anyone opening a payer site.

What is the difference between the $150 and $200 plans?

The $200 plan adds plan creation: verified benefits are applied to the planned treatment so patient responsibility is prepared before the visit, rather than calculated at the front desk.

How is end-to-end revenue cycle management priced?

By scope. Claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials and credentialing vary by payer mix, volume and where work is currently getting stuck, so we quote after reviewing the actual workflow rather than publishing a single rate.

Is pricing per office or per practice?

Per office, per month. A group with several locations is billed per office, and invoices itemize usage by office. A multi-office group can be combined onto one invoice on request.
